In applying for spot artist, are we required to write? :'>
Not at all! Spot artist positions are optional roles that page and comic artists can take on after being accepted into the zine. If you indicate that you are interested in being a spot artist during the pitching stage and are selected, you will be asked to create one full-page illustration or three to four smaller illustrations to accompany a piece from one of our participating writers.

Are we allowed to apply for more than one contributor type (eg if an illustrator is also a merch designer etc) Or is it limited to one type of role entry per applicant?
You may apply to all contributor types. If you are selected, it will be for only one of them. Please keep in mind that each application has different requirements and recommendations, so check our guidelines before submitting your portfolio.

What kind of bearing does the choice of life stage have on our application? Will we be able to change stages later on?
If your application is successful, you will be asked to pitch for each section. This is so we have all bases covered. We will take your preference into account and do our best to assign you to something listed in your original application. It may assist us with making final choices between applicants to a certain extent, to ensure we have enough contributors for each section.
