Are you a 『 Flight or Fight 』 person? Something else entirely? My body gives me an adrenaline rush ー I start shaking and feel a false sense of excitement。 Essentially, I react the same way as if I broke a bone。 The downside is the only reason I’ll realize I was in danger is when I look back on it ー so often times, it flies over my head, or I’m surrounded by people I shouldn’t be because I don’t realize。。。

I try to avoid it and pretend it's not happening. If I look away long enough, then it can't harm me.

A: Number one fawner in the world. That’s me. If there was fawning olympics I would be invited and win every time. but in situations where fawning doesn’t really apply I just freeze up
S: I just freeze for a while until my mind catches up with everything and then I’m more of a fight person. that does not mean I win my battles

My body is in flight mode, but my mind is in freeze mode. All that adrenaline and not moving isn’t a good feeling ^^’

I actually end up freezing. My parents and brother joke about it a lot, they say I dont fight or run I just sit there like a sitting duck 💔 But I do end up hitting people in other situations whenever I get scared so. Fight

ouhh... i'm actually closer to freeze, i think.
unless it's involving someone/something i care about, then i'm closer to fawn. i try to mediate situations before they get out of hand, and if i can't, i'll try to placate.
