I feel like chihuahuas would only be rude if they have bad owners since I've seen chill chihuahuas myself :')

But the rudest I think that takes the cake may be peacocks, geese and maybe cats if you annoy them enough, monkeys and perhaps flamingos or zebras

Cats probably be sassy and have a superiority complex. chihuahuas for sure are very mouthy and rude like you said.
