Uuuuhhh I think Gege is forgetting a very crucial detail. Megumi is in fact in Modulo and is very much alive :))
He’s reincarnated, in his late teens, kept in yujis house at all time. His only human interaction is his 85 yr old husband, Yuji, which is why we never see him.
He’s just living a peaceful life in a safe warm house, pleasuring his lovely husband whenever he returns home from a long day.
