you’re the third person think i’m an aussie omg. i first watched it june 5! i think it premiered in sydney film festival the day after it premiered in london even?? idk why but i wasn’t complaining lmao i went to both screening dates 😭 and yes by the time it came out on the 5th i was one of like 5 ppl who have seen it (some watched it at sundance premiere in jan!)

keeping shane/jj (&hudson/benjamin by extension) + the actor who gets cast as harris if they actually end up sticking to canon in my prayers bc i'm already seeing bs from people about how excited they are to hate them 🙏 i know a lot of people came out the other end as shane lovers even though the pre-show consensus was pretty bad and i'm hoping for the same for s2 inshallah we will defeat these evil people. i also want poc troy but they can barely handle a wasian I'm SICK. we can't have nice things
oh people are just weird. also benjamin recorded a nice video for me and some oomfs once (like months ago atp) and spoke abt how he’s alr been seeing the online hate ab his character lol and how he hopes ppl will still enjoy jj in s2 😔 there’s a bunch of other things he yapped to us abt like hoping for more cultural insight into jjs character in the show n stuff omg he’s just an all around sweetheart. so trust me i will lay my life down for jj soon #JUSTICE. i think poc troy is interesting in fanon but i like troy as he is in canon much more hahaha
