not to hop on the other ask, but i also think mk saying that is more on with how he shows affection to mk offscreen and not necessarily his personality. hc can have the same personality but different with how he approaches other people. on screen obvs we see hc's the one doing all the chasing, but offscreen especially after these past months we know hc can be the one who doesn't reply or answer mk's calls and dms, mk being the one who asks hc to do something together, as opposed to what most people think their dynamics are which is that hc's overtly clingy and always chasing, but to mk that's not true bc hc can be detached to him sometimes, doesn't really make hc's overall personality different. i think from behind videos we can clearly see hc's the same guy, he just has different dynamics with people so ofc sometimes other ppl would see him differently. i remember that video asking who the dreamies would room with and jn chose hc coz hc wouldn't bother him meanwhile mk was like "what?" lol
