It's hard to pick between two evil companies (Google, Apple) - I've had both Android and iOS phones over the years. I largely switched over to iPhones as they get security updates for long stretches of time. My 2020 SE was dirt cheap, very functional, and lasted me almost seven years. hmu when there's a proper Linux phone and I'll switch over to that lol.
