Are public restrooms a problem for a trans person like you? Can you pee/poo outside of home or do you just hold it until you get home?

We live in a sad world where this is even a topic of conversation. It's not a problem for me but for two huge reasons:
1) I live in Minnesota where I won't be arrested if I use "the wrong restroom".
2) I'm "passing" and so the likelihood of me being harassed or assaulted is low.
