I've been on HRT since January 8th, 2019... I take estradiol (4mg twice a day) and progesterone (200mg once a day) both via pill. I started out with estrogen patches but they stopped being effective after a month or two - everyone's bodies react differently. I could switch to injections but I have pretty intense trypanophobia so I would much prefer to never have to.
