charles is bisexual with a lean towards women
frederick is also bisexual, though deeply ashamed of it, with rather equal attraction to any gender, though he admittedly has Very limited experience with women
raphael is some form of queer
james is homosexual
elizabeth is heterosexual [mostly]
ambrose is pansexual
lawrence is demisexual with a general lean towards attraction to women, but finds himself falling easier for men
crimson/leah is heterosexual
tom is heterosexual[?]
aaand paul is heterosexual
most other characters either haven't been posted/mentioned or can be assumed to be heterosexual as well. thank you for your question !

Was there a simp that simped over charles harder than frederick or is he the only freak
nobody else has simped over charles, certainly no one to the degree frederick has. but in his middle ages he does take up another sort of 'lover', if you could call their relationship that.
he also has a friend, lawrence, whom he frequently stole from for a long while, until they eventually evolved into a strange sort of friendship, and for a bit, lawrence did crush on him !!
