Because of their personalities everyone would assume megumi takes the lead in their relationship and yuta is the sub but them being exact opposites. Yuta being absolutely sadistic and domming the voice out of megumi. Sending him into full on subspace and having to stop at some points from the use of safeword.
YES! megumi and his colder demeanor vs. yuuta's gentle smiles, it's not uncommon for people to assume megumi takes charge in the bedroom! but they haven't seen the way megumi crumbles under yuuta's touch, his words. the usual soft mannerisms seem to be completely lost, most wouldn't even recognize the dominating presence that is yuuta okkotsu when the door closes and the lights dim.

I think yuta would be the jealous type. Not just normal jealousy but insanely possessive too. He would specially grow insecure whenever megumi is around yuji and they would argue a lot over that. Megumi making excuses to avoid hanging out with yuji when yuta comes back to japan. He'd be with yuta all the time otherwise alone because he'd grow tired of the arguments. Gojo wouldn't do anything about it because he didn't wanna interfere.
The atmosphere would be so weird when they're all out for dinner, yuji and nobara would be telling everyone some story and megumi would chime in at some point then immediately shut up after his eyes meet with yutas, who would be glaring at him. It would turn super awkward but no one comments on it.
yes he 1000% would be!! it's part of his nature to be both incredibly caring for his friends and those he loves and possessive of them, especially when his dedication feels threatened by someone else, i.e yuuji. love the slow progression of him pushing others away from megumi, bonus if megumi's blind to it and has to find out from someone asking if everything's alright. to which he has a moment of realization that, yeah, he hasn't seen his friends for weeks, but he's in too deep now...

imagine they’re stationed some place further from jujutsu high so they had to take a train to get there. megumi’s quite new to the school having only been on a couple of other smaller missions before this one, so he’s sent with yuuta this time—megumi’s biggest one yet.
and they see it through to the end with no casualties! megumi’s shikigami provide ample support for yuuta, allowing them a swift, painless operation. now, the two of them reside in a hotel… with one bed. as it turns out, gojo forgot to change the reservation for the hotel room when he added megumi to the mission last minute.
after a kindhearted back-and-forth of who will take the floor vs. the bed, yuuta offers a solution: share the bed. megumi’s reluctant at first—sharing a bed with his senpai? it doesn’t feel right, he should just take it for himself, yuuta was originally on this mission by himself anyway, he doesn’t want to intrude (or have gojo intrude for him).
reluctantly, megumi lies down on one side, squished up to take the least amount of space ad possible, while yuuta lies down on his back on the other. to shoo away any awkward silence, yuuta asks megumi questions, simple ones, ones that he may or may not know the answer to and megumi answers honestly even though he may or may not know that yuuta already knows some of his answers. occasionally, megumi will fire one back at him, lulling his head in yuuta’s direction in interest.
the clock on the bedside table reads 11:47pm, and neither of them have verbalized their goodnights or turned over in lieu of one. it’s quiet now, maybe yuuta’s already asleep… but megumi doesn’t want to risk looking over, because if he’s not, he’s in for a world of awkward.
only a few seconds go by before yuuta’s rolling onto his side to face megumi, the bedsheets shifting gently as he does so.
“do you have trouble sleeping too?” yuuta asks, his arms crossed over his chest as he lies on his shoulder.
“not usually,” megumi replies. he brings his hands up overtop his own chest and intertwines his fingers. “i guess i’m still a little worked up from earlier. do you?”
“mhm.” yuuta’s nodding his head slightly. and now that megumi’s up closer to his senpai, he can see the bags under his eyes more clearly. it makes his stomach clench.
“what do you normally do as a remedy?”
yuuta’s silent for a moment, and then the bedsheets are shifting again, but this time yuuta perches himself onto his right hand, sitting up. he looks down at megumi with an unreadable expression; serious? like he’s thinking?
“what is it?” megumi asks.
the elder pinches his brows together. “i can show you what i normally do when i can’t fall asleep. but, promise me that you’ll say something if you don’t like it.”
what? what could he possibly do—
yuuta’s lips are crashing into megumi’s, and before he can think, a tongue slides along his bottom lip, a hand finding its way onto megumi’s stomach.
all megumi can do is look at the boy before him with wide, unblinking eyes. he can’t even attempt to return the kiss. he’s never done this before. he’s never done any of this.
but he doesn’t attempt to tell yuuta to stop either. because he doesn’t dislike it. not even close.
