Hello. Asking: What is your main concern? Do you want to build connections / interact with them??
When it comes to attachment, it is more cognitive. We approach them based on what we think about them. If you are one who thinks that avoidants "don't like you" because they pull away, that affects how you interact with them. One way is to reshape your cognition since having an anxious attachment means that you tend to lean into the "scared" or "anxious" side which is very contradictory to what avoidants feel.
Also, I believe patience can also help. Once you understand them, it would be easier for you.
