change your discord to developer mode, click on your username somewhere like on a server, click on "copy user id" and then you put the numbers on this link "https://discordapp.com/users/number here"

Go to the add friends section and there's an option to share an invite. But it only lasts for a week, I think. If you want to be permanent go to advanced settings and enable developer mode. Then right click your avatar and select copy user ID. Finally just paste it to the end of "discord.com/users/" and you're done.
