Howdy! Ive been viewing uour art for a hot minute now and I wanted to ask if you did ang comms/have a site for art comms :D?
hi, thanks! i have only recently started figuring out a system for commissions that works with my schedule, so i don't have a site or any formal info anywhere! most of the time, i'm not open for them, bc i don't have time. i've been doing Your Character Here style commissions in batches, and i post when i have those open :)
you have this specific slightly lumpy squishy body type that is my absolute favorite down. always makes me so happy to see. keep up the good work
thank yoooouuuu <3
just wondering if you planned on doing another horror movie "kinktober" list this year! last year my partner and i watched a bunch of them from between the 2 that you did (almost 1 every night of october) and had a ton of fun and got to see SO many good movies neither of us had even heard of.
oohhh this makes me so happy to hear, you have no idea lol... that's so cute, i'm glad you had fun!! i AM planning to try to put one together, but I need to actually go through and figure out what will fit (I definitely tailored this selection more to kink, so now I have to see what I can do lolol). But yeah, either way, I will be doing it! I'll post sometime this month once I figure it out :D
Do u have any tips on drawing nsfw? I feel my art always comes out stiff or clunky
unfortch, I don't think I have any tips you won't have heard before, but! For tackling stiffness, I think you really want to focus on looking at the line of action with a pose, and doing the classic quick, timed life drawing stuff is great for this-- like, go as fast as you can, depending on where you're at skill wise. you can look up like, "timed pose drawing" and find lots of sites, and a lot will let you set the timer at different rates. You want to be able to get a pose down gesturally, and then you can build from there.
I honestly think my art looks stiff a lot of the time and I tend to just futz and push around elements until it looks okay! fucking with the skew/warp tools if you're working digitally can be good for seeing how you can adjust the shape or perspective of the piece and then you can draw over your own warped version until it looks right. That's the kind of shit I'm doing, I just don't know if it's actually helpful lol. But I could try to do a small tutorial on how I go about things sometime... maybe...
I've supported you since your very first post and I used to really love your art but to the extent of which you hide your art behind pay walls just...is so disappointing. I'm not saying that you're obligated to post art for free but I am saying that whatever interest I had in buying your art has wained heavily because you really don't post free stuff anymore and I feel like I have no clue what I'd be getting.
i appreciate and agree with the sentiment, but i don't know what i can say. it's disappointing to me as well, but it is currently my only option, the time i spend on this account needs to net me some income or else i can't afford to spend it on this. my financial situation is weird and precarious and i have to find ways to bring in income with essentially everything i do just to get by. i hope that i can find more stability in the future that will allow me to make things without worrying about that stuff, but i can't right now.
