Is there any symbolism behind the butterfly in your pfp?
kind of, i've been quite obsessed with butterfly imagery since i wrote this poem in high school, it had a lyric similar to "i'm as free as a butterfly stuck in the sand", haha. so that's where it all comes from. and i generally like the many symbolisms and metaphors floating around the butterfly image. if i remember correctly, i changed my pfp to the current image after watching "nevertheless", my favorite kdrama. that show is full of butterfly symbolism as well. additionally, i'd love to get a butterfly tattoo on the front of my neck, haha
