To the anon who replied to my ask about the mahae ai fic OMG THAT IS THE FIC I KNEW IT WAS SUS AF. Thank you for the tea cuz i genuinely didnt know who to ask about this 😭😭 I was going somewhere with no line so i downloaded the fic wo much thought cuz it was a rare twitch au fic and it was 90k so ofc i was going for it?? At first i didnt notice cuz i was reading it in breaks so the ai pattern wasnt so obvious but when i finally had time to binge the ai writing became so obvious i had to check the fic on ao3 and when i saw it orphaned plus comments off it just made everything so obvious LMAOOO. Kinda pissed cuz i spent so long reading now i dont feel so bad about skipping some parts of the story cuz unsurprisingly ai writing is boring and repetitive and there were so many mistakes and errors at the end. Ended up not giving kudos cuz ai will never deserve any but at the same time seeing so many others giving kudos got me worried cuz what if there are other ai fics we give kudos to wo realising like when will these ai writers stop do they know we dont want them 😭😭😭😭

https://x.com/_dullsun/status/2061477510144286809?s=46 i hope anon comes back to see this even if im wrong and i hope to inform more people at least but im assuming the fic their talking about is this one -> https://archiveofourown.org/works/64612603 , the person who wrote this got exposed in april of last year for using AI (i believe they left the ai prompt in and that’s how people found out..i cant exactly remember but there was a whole thread on it and even their beta readers refused to defend them and then they deactivated..) i’ve had the person who made this blocked on ao3 so i know who they are even if they’ve changed their username but its -> https://archiveofourown.org/users/raincouvers/profile, once they got called out they orphaned the fic and turned comms off and deleted the ones calling them out so idk how many new people in the fandom have supported this without knowing sadly, im pretty sure they still use ai to write and they probably orphaned some other fics after this all happened, i hope more people can know about this cause it’s honestly sad and annoying when obvious ai fic writers get so hyped up and boasted about, sorry for the long revo i wanted to sum it up shorter but there was just too much info lol anyway, i hope i helped anon and many others :D
