a specific red flag is when someone doesn't respect the fact that you're distant, not like 'oh I'm so edgy I don't like to be to everyone' but more like 'hanging out with people is cool and fun, I just slightly prefer to be with myself to recharge'. it might be common thing to say but you would be surprised but how many people didn't realize that they were giving a red flag by not respecting it.
