Ohh this is a great question, I love stuff like this sm! Let's see...
🦊 - A lich? A creature that binds their soul to something to achieve immortality. I was thinking a naiad but they aren't technically ghost/undead creatures.
🐶 - probably the most difficult 😭 I'm fairly certain werewolves aren't considered undead. I think he could be a vampire too, like 🐰!
🐻 - possibly a banshee? In folklore I'm pretty sure banshees are exclusively female but if we ignore that I think 🐻 would make an eerily pretty one ♡
🐰 - some kind of vampire or creature with MANY teeth... the joke that jm has 813 teeth lives rent free in my mind constantly
😸 - I may be biased because I wrote a fic about it, but cl as a chatty, touchy and mischievous poltergeist is super fun to me
🐹 - I would say zombie but that feels too basic... a Draugr, perhaps? A creature that haunts the grounds they were buried on seems like 🐹... somewhat sentimental?

I'm open to conversations on these because some of them are hard omy... but thank you for the question this was fun to do ♡
