It depends, really. If you happen upon her outside of work, she's less inclined to hook up unless you're willing to pay her price, as she knows her worth for her services during and outside work.

The exception is that if she knows that you're packing something big, she'll be more easy to convince. She might even waive the fee once she sees what you're working with and is impressed by it. ;3
