The suit works as a battery so I have an ample supply of spare energy in case I need it! Mostly it's generated from converting the kinetic energy of the island, that's why it seems so still back there! I have wondered if I really need the suit, the human body stores energy too but is the world ready for a chubby superhero? Maybe just when I'm in casual clothes...
