What good habits can you share?

leave the past on the past and understand that people change and everybody's their own person with their own problems and experiences

Have a journal, you don't even have to use it most the time, just have one and suddenly you might find the urge to do something better than to scroll on the phone

Don't bottle up your anger or emotions. It'll only get worse later. It's ok to let go sometimes, even if you just cry your eyes out in your room.
