hi mods! i sent in my form for my fic and submitted it to the collection but i haven't received any confirmation and you said you didn't receive anything for the extended date? can i email and see if i maybe did something wrong?
Hi hi! Please email us and we can confirm the mods received your form. As well, you should have received an email notification from ao3 that your fic was accepted into the collection, if everything was submitted correctly. Thanks!

Hiii I know this is crazy last minute, but if I've already submitted my fic is it possible to edit it still? There's one line I want to add, but that'll obviously change the word count from what I put in the form. Totally understand if it's too late though! Thanks for running this fest you're all wonderful 🥰

Hi mods! I was wondering when the authors will get notified of their fic's release date. Would it be a few days in advance, or on the day of the release? 💚
Hello! The mods plan to send an email to authors the day before each week’s reveals. Week 1 Authors will be notified which day their fic will be released via email on Sunday, Sept 6th. Week 2 and Week 3 authors will also be notified the Sunday before their week. Thanks!

Hello mods! Hope you're having a great day and not too much work with the reveals! I posted mine on time and sent the form but I had to edit something after so now the word count doesn't match. Do i sent the form again?
Hello! You can send either an email or a dm to the SKZ Fantasy Fest twt account with your ao3 name and the updated word count and the mods can adjust it on your response form. 🫶

Hi! Do you plan to tell the authors when their story will be released?
Hello! Yes, authors will be emailed with the release date of their fic. However, since the fics are published anonymously, we ask that if any authors are planning to re-tweet the reveal graphic that our account posts, they do not identify themself as the author! Once the author reveals are posted, authors are welcome to and encouraged to post their own promo posts and graphics for the fic! 🧚

Hey! What's the date for fic postings?
Hello! We are currently in the process of getting the new schedule updated and posted--it will be out later this morning! Since we have extensions, we are doing some staggered reveals based on that date, and are just working out the final details. The new schedule will be tweeted today, however (Sept. 1)! 🧚

Hello mods 🍀 are you considering an off-season for the fest? I'm growing more and more anxious about not being able to finish my fic by the extension deadline, but I've poured so much time and love on that fic and really don't want to drop it 🥲 (I'll of course do my very best to finish it on time but so many things irl have made it hard for me to sit down and write)

Hey mods!! I couldn't find any info about it, but I was wondering if there are any guidelines on author's notes? Should we have one when we submit? Should we not? Is there anything that should be included like our prompt code? Or is it up to the authors? Thank you! <3
Hello! Author's notes are totally up to you, as long as you don't out yourself when it's submitted since the initial reveals are anonymous! If you claimed a prompt, please include the prompt code so that the prompter knows their prompt has been published! You can write anything else in there you'd like, and we will be sending out a submission form on September 1st with some more suggestions for what to include if authors would like to have them! 🧚
