Yeah, but like when she ran off before, her bounty is mainly about bringing her in alive so they can question her about Micah, they don't really know if she herself has done anything yet (or it wouldn't be anything nearly as bad or unreasonable as Micah's record). They just know she was associated with him deeply as a "partner" in some way (whether it was forced or not) / probably a victim, and now people have seen her around suddenly and they want that valuable information.
Once they find out Micah's dead and where to find him, or had she ratted back then, they'd leave her alone and casually forget anything against her.

I think technically speaking, since she was only wanted alive, bounty hunters wouldn't usually be shooting at you so that means any she killed would be considered murder and not self defense, but idk I think they'd be willing to forget about any of those murders at least / they'd write it off as self defense cos the victims of them aren't alive to argue it.
