So hmm, I'm sorta rejecting this question, but kindly ofc! I think trying to tier kinks makes sense for a lot of people colloquially, but I also think kink shouldn't be about that. You can get into the most colloquially 'basic' kink so hard that it's more extreme than anything anyone else can think about, and like, at the end of the day I think trying to categorize them in that way only really serves to limit people! Sorry if this is a non-answer but in a way I hope it is, 'cause it's something I feel strongly about!
