To stay completely sober and realistic about this subject... no, he wouldn't. The viral strands he's carrying suppress his human feelings (I doubt he's letting them get smothered voluntarily, or that he's even got a choice). Spencer was a monster, stole kids' childhoods from them. That was unforgivable and vile.

If Wesker had grown up with his real parents, then yeah, I reckon he'd more likely put another person's wellbeing, someone close to him, above his plans. But the way he ended up? Absolutely not.
