Hey, I usually only create the bare basics for side characters. There’s a lorebook attached, and that’s basically all the canon information there currently is about him.

If you’re unfamiliar with omegaverse: in the specific omegaverse setting I use, which was created by Moosh, omegas have vaginas regardless of their gender. He is still a man and identifies as such but doesn't care about gender norms that much. I guess I can understand why that might be confusing if you’re not very familiar with omegaverse, I did try to explain it as clearly as possible in the bio. Maybe I was being to brief T-T

As for his personality and interests, this isn’t officially written down anywhere, but I personally imagine that he really likes animals, which is why he enjoys farm work involving cows and chickens. Oh, and I’m not sure if I mentioned this anywhere, but I did put into the lorebook that he upcycles his own clothes and knows how to sew. So that’s also one of the hobbies!

If you want to know all the official information there currently is about him, you can check the Sunflower Ranch lorebook, where there’s a short text written about him. Beyond that, there honestly isn’t much established canon yet.

If you have any specific questions, though, I can probably come up with answers. I just usually don’t develop side characters super deeply from the start. And of course, you’re also completely free to make up your own headcanons about him during roleplay!
