Fuuuuck my OC homework's late... I'm going to get a bad grade...

I actually wanted to doodle all these first, but I had a super busy weekend and had no time to. So here's a quick 10! Also disclaimer, I didn't add any ships with other's OCs, because then it'd be unfair that I can't pick all of them!

In no particular order ( aside from my top 3: )

1 - Kimabe ( Kimble x Second ) - A true classic. My #1 ship of all time, possibly. I might ship either of them with other people but I always come back.

2 - Abeford ( Stanford x Second ) - My beloved crackship that won't ever happen canonically but I think about every day. Every... Second, even.

3 - Kamal x George - Gotta pay respect to the Originals.

4 - Kimabel ( Kimble x Abel ) - I have to add one Abel ship... I guess... I don't want them to end up together but it's like, a perfect mess where they're both sort of awful to eachother, even if it's in disproportionate ways. One of them's actively planning how to make the other into a robot and the other is like, leaving the dirty dishes pile up in the sink.

5 - Peneddie ( Penny x Eddie ) - My beloved estranged childhood friends...

6 - Moonstone ( Luna x Second ) - Okay look this is the last Second ship I'm adding I promise ( Sorry Penny, maybe next time ). I just love Luna so much. And they have great chemistry! I feel like, if Second were to get back together with any of his exes, post story, it'd be Luna. You didn't hear that from me though.

7 - Pickle ( Peter x Firkle ) - I need to draw these two more, I find their dynamic really compelling. Peter being desperate to have a friend, any friend, and then having to figure himself out on top of that. Firkle initially just using him for his closeness to the case but then catching feelings for real. It's more than a little messy!

8 - Calvin x Wesley - My babies... My son and daughter... Can an alien sent to scout this planet for destruction and a robot sent to capture said alien really discover love...

9 - Cosmo x Roxie - I know Roxie's profile is empty but every other main character had a ship here and I felt bad for Cosmo. I promise I'm cooking up some awesome yuri that'll push Cosmo out of its comfort zone where it thought it would grow old and marry a CEO and take over their company after their mysterious death. Things don't always go as planned!

10 - Mr. Flynn x Dell.IA - He CANNOTTT handle all that. Move aside Flynn I'm boutta get i- I mean... Look, they just make eachother happy. They're probably the only other person in the world that'd really understand eachother's ambitions.

God. Yes. Yes I do. I have a really bad ( good, awesome ) habit of making characters "as a joke" and then thinking about them way too much and then they're a main, fully fleshed guy. I'll try to list the guys I remember:

• Stanford, oh, dear Stanford, he was supposed to die for good after One episode but then we got too attached to him. It was too tragic. He deserves a second chance. A chance to really live!

• Abel was also a joke character, it took a while before really finding their footing. It went from "Second Clone" to "Well Second sucks so the joke is that Second's Evil Clone is a nice guy" and then it really clicked when the transhumanism angle came in. And when I realized "No this guy's just as fucked up as Second just in a different way" is when I got really attached. Also yes, they started as a Splatoon OC.

• Actually most of my "clone" characters ended up that way. Oswald was Oliver's evil clone before he became his own guy, and Miller was Miles'. This is a recurring thing because it was a common thing that happened back in the Splatoon roleplay days.

• Speaking of, Miles was supposed to be just a comic relief rival character for Max. He was supposed to be funny and pathetic and that's it. ...And he kind of still is, LOL.

As for ships: Did you know Deadwaters was supposed to be Penny x Second centric. Did you. And then people started shipping Kimble with Second. And it was downhill from there.

Kamal and George is the most famous example, though, I'd say, since I hadn't even thought about shipping those two until their Miis got together in my Tomodachi Life save.

Honorary mention to Second x Stanford who I really really doubt would ever canonically cross paths and even if they did, it'd probably be too late for them to have anything in the canon timeline, but take up more and more of my thoughts everyday.

OOOH, this is a good one because, while I DO have MLP characters I associate with them, I just realized none of them are part of the mane 6. So I'll give you both, their usual association and the closest mane 6.

KIMBLE: Rainbow Dash. Sorry he gets one of the coolest and arguably doesn't deserve her but he'd think she's cool. He's made fun of Eddie for liking MLP and playing with pony toys but he'd think that one's cool.
Otherwise, I ussually associate him with Starlight Glimmer. They're trying to do better but doing horrible jobs at it... In my MLP AU I like to think he spent a while at her village, since he has no cutie mark at the time he felt like he'd fit right in.

SECOND: Fluttershy. Might seem like an odd choice, but specifically baby Second reminds me of her. Here's an image I did tracing over her because I think they'd have the same bodytype as kids - Tall and lanky. Otherwise, I tend to relate him to Princess Luna.

PETER: Pinkie Pie. He'd probably be embarassed about it, because she's pink and that's for girls, but he's a little kid. He'd learn that it's fine. And she's silly. He's a little silly! Otherwise the answer is Spike, 100%. He's a little dragon in MLP AU because of it.

ABEL: Out of the mane 6, Rarity. Definitely. High class fashionista. ...And well, if Second is Princess Luna, they're Princess Celestia.

COSMO: Cosmo likes early Twilight Sparkle. Before she became Princess Twilight. Cosmo cried when that happened. Otherwise, Cosmo's favorite MLP character is Cozy Glow and little Cosmo didn't understand why she was seen as a villain. It is very angry about Cozy Glow's treatment. She did nothing wrong but be neurodivergent and a minor.

STANFORD: Stanford is easy, he likes Applejack. He likes Horses and Cowboys and When People Are Honest so in this case both line up perfectly.

Cosmo is the best at the moderator job but it's also the worst because it's the most obnoxious about it. It rules this server with an iron fist but the rules it makes up are mostly arbitrary and also deviation is punishable by death ( ban ). Cosmo rules its 5 people friend server and demands everyone text 'good morning' everyday within a 5 minute window, and will ping those who don't every hour until they reply to make sure they're okay, so god forbid you oversleep. No cursing. No pinging it ( only it can ping others ).

I also think Eddie would make a good mod - He has the time. And he's also way more reasonable than Cosmo would ever be. And what is Mr. Flynn if not the Discord Mod of this timeline, anyway...? He'd do a good job if you can stand the horse emoji reactions to every message.

Also, in the old RP group the twins come from, specifically this Xander was the moderator of the interdimensional Discord Server and did a decent job. So yeah, actually, Xander is the best one.
