Really, I really think I've never done it, but I have written fanfics at the time lol, so as a reference I think I first build a character and then, I place him in a world that already comes with the personality of the pj created.

It depends on my mood. Sometimes I want to write the first message and other times I want to write the personality first. But what I always leave at the end is the bot bio bc I hate it. Istg I'd leave the bio empty if I was able to.

For me i always start with the first message bc it's more enjoyable for me, and then alternate making the bio and personality...
