I mean technically Siobhan if ya really stink about it. But he's less of a genderswap (mostly b ecause he still id's as male but) and more of an AU. Cap still exists there but as Winter Soldier. But the main one would be Thor! Again, technically, because it's Donald Blake who I genderswapped and she has the power of Thor, but also kinda shares a mind with Thor like Firestorm and the Professor.

Have you read the Hickman run of Fantastic Four with the Future Foundation? :o Its very good
I have not yet but thats mostly because I've really liiked the status quo introduced in the end of Slott's/North's run, with Jo Venn and Nicki added to the dynamic, Franklin and Val as teens, Ben and Alicia finally married, etc etc. I know Hickman's run is generational so maybe I should try to give it a read but idk I just really like what the kids add to the dynamic now, and I know pre-Slott's run they are like. Not at all the same
