How do I Approach a Women Who is Holding Down Back When She has Both a Fireball and an Invincible Flashkick?

Obviously you just walk up, parry the fireballs [you know how to parry those right?] And hit her with your own armored move. Like sure she's invincible for the flash kick but if you trade 'em just anti-air her and go from there.
