That answer depends on whether you're talking about me as a dragon or as a human. Human-wise? It varies a lot, but at it's upper limit, I can make quite a mess across my belly hehe. Dragon-wise? Well, I'm about the same size as a very large horse, so I'll let you do the math on that. Either way, it's definitely enough to satisfy ;3

I am pretty food motivated and do love a tasty snack, that's for sure! But the vorny mood does vary from day to day. Generally though? I'm probably hungry >;3

It would absolutely be within the realm of possibility, yes, both on the receiving and giving end - and in fact I'd enjoy it! But certain activities might be quite the challenge or potentially even dangerous for a human, considering that the main part of my body (minus neck/tail) is roughly equivalent or perhaps slightly larger than the largest horses in existence. You'll want to ride me on my back though so you can control how deep I go in you... for hopefully obvious reasons. :P

Dragons are usually quite protective of their lairs and I am no exception. My response would be proportional to the threat, of course - I'm much more forgiving if the intrusion was completely by accident. But even so, if said human does not wish to be a plaything and then a snack, I would strongly suggest leaving. Quickly.
