it means basically nothing at all!! It probably just means your period cramps feel more like butthole cramps like mine do. It may also mean things like reusable menstrual cups don't really work or fit right, which was my experience with those (I could never experience a seal....).
I wish I could hear a lot of feedback from people about sex though. I read some feedback that some people feel it makes certain sexual positions, or deep penetration, painful or unpleasant because of how it may push against your spine and such? However I love uhm every position and penetration to deep n hard so that's nnnnnot anything for me. Maybe it's a false correlation, 'cuz I feel like pussy stuff is so individualistic...
