Would you rather Wake up without feeling tired or be able to goto sleep immediately any time?

if i were to sleep for only like thirty seconds and then wake up without feeling tired, does that mean i get the full benefits of eight hours of sleep from just those thirty seconds or would i just not feel tired but still have all the negative affects of sleep deprivation? sorry if that doesnt make sense i couldnt quite figure out how to word it properly lol

go to sleep immediately cuz there are times i legit cannot sleep unless i take melatonin
