My least fav ones are Ashley, Ara and Sam, but I also really dislike how Logan turned out during season 4 (I enjoyed him at the beginning), Jake was extremely annoying in All Stars, I dislike Aubrey and Dan... Also I really hated how they turned Hunter in the first half of All Stars, uuughhh...
