If I lie to you I want you to call it out straight in my face. If it is a misunderstanding I'm confident I can explain. If I'm actually trying to sugarcoat something but you can see right through me it would make me happy to know you know me that much. I might feel ashamed but I would be happy at the same time and try to come clean.
Are you sure you can tell when we are lying or is it that you can't tell if we are telling the truth?
