Hello okay so I'm kind of the worst pick to be asking this to because I'm the sort of person that doesn't think too hard about things... but I'll try and explain if it helps you. For me, it was less about "finding out" I was lesbian, more about coming to terms with it. It wasn't a single moment of discovery. I guess figuring out whether you're bi or lesbian could be explained as a process of noticing patterns in how You feel and what makes sense for You. That includes not worrying too much about how it might look to other people!! Going back and forth between labels is normal. Though other people might perceive this negatively, you can't control them, and all you have to focus on is Yourself, and clarifying things for Yourself. If one label consistently feels forced or comes with a lot of doubt, and another feels clearer or more natural, that’s probably the direction you need to pay attention to. Sexuality is personal. The only thing that matters is that whatever label you use makes sense to you. If in the future you don't think that label suits you anymore, then okay!! Who gaf?!!! Just live your life man, don't worry too hard YOLO.
