Oh? You thought that was the last question I was gon ask today? Nahh, you're wrong ANOTHER ONE: List the top three ways you deal with stress and do you deal with stress often? Who sometimes helps you w/ your stress? (Or do they laugh at you- 🥹🤚)

I listen to music, draw, or try to distract myself with media to ignore my stress. I don't really go to anyone when I'm stressed 🧍‍♂️ but my husband helps!

I.. deal with a lot of stress due to my work 😮‍💨 my top 3 ways are taking a nap, eating an edible on the weekends and going on helldivers to enthusiastically murder robots or squids

DAMN YOU ARE ON FIRE TODAY, UHHHHHHH i deal with stress by voice texting on my note's app and just screaming at it, or i sleep it off, I deal with stress so often i became indifferent lmao, NO ONE HELPS ME WITH STRESS BRO, PEOPLE ARE THE REASON I STRESS 😭😭

i play project sekai (though that sometimes makes my stress worse), talk with friends or nap heh also idk if they know this but natty and remy help with my stress quite a bit
