there is a couple! for some people their body produces extra teeth, and with no designated place to grow in they’ll protrude from the gums, but it can also be overcrowding from a narrow jaw that doesn’t have room for all of them to align properly or a baby tooth that won’t leave and forces the new one to push through other areas. which are also some reasons why one might grow that way and others won’t!!
