THERE ARE GENUINELY SO MANY but I will note one I saw recently. I think it was in... Episode 2 or 3 of Culinary Class War. But the chef had made a "coastal" style Bibimbap. She had visited a sea-side town who used chopped up scallops and shrimp instead of Gochujang and local veggies and such and it. Sounded so delicious and the umami sounded insane. I genuinely wanna try making it at some point...
