day of the question: What type of angry are you? this can mean different things - how often do you get angry, what do you do when angry, e.t.c. I cry when i get angry. and then i keep crying the entire day.

i shout a lot when i'm angry if it's an arguement where i'm trynna prove someone wrong or defending myself/others, but i cry when it's more personal to me
