Bloodied up megumi with a few broken bones, on the verge of death trying to crawl away from sukuna who easily pulls him back by his ankle or just walks upto him, kicking and nudging at the open wounds on him with his shoe, swinging around the knife he stabbed him with. Kneeling down next to him and wiping his tears with his hands before stabbing him again in his shoulder.

He'd be convicted for attempted murder and end up in jail. Megumi surviving somehow and going to court for their trials. Sukuna smirking and smiling at him all the session while he's practically trembling and silently crying out of fear and anxiety.

Having his abuser in front of them with no regret, telling him he'd break out and come for him again. Megumi would run out of the court room and have a panic attack, having to leave and not being able to sit through the trials because he's nauseous at the sight of sukuna who has zero regrets and keeps casually telling him "next time I will stab you 20 times instead of 19 and make sure you dont live" while the judge announces his sentence.

He'd tell megumi to watch out because "i will come back sweetheart" as they drag him away. He'd be laughing and smirking while megumi would cry his eyes out. He'd have nightmares and severe anxiety and insomnia, being paranoid and fearing it will happen again.

Maybe be would end up killing himself anyways because the fear eats away at him.
