Megumis hitting puberty and presenting as an omega but he'd definitely hide it from gojo. He would say his guardian is out of town when they did their blood tests at school to divide them into groups based on sub genders and he would sign the letter by himself that he was supposed to get signed from gojo. He would save up money to buy suppressants and scent patches, avoiding close contact with gojo but its the fact that he already knows but is playing along to make it worse for him by 'accidentally' brushing against his sensitive neck or flooding the room with pheromones.
gojo literally knew it the moment megumi stopped letting him touch him, that never happened before. megumi is so sure he’s getting away with it because he had been so meticulous about everything, but gojo is gojo so he also slowly manipulates megumi but never enough to accuse him. it goes on like this for weeks until megumi can’t take it anymore “that’s enough, you’re doing this on purpose- you know it, don’t you?”, which is met by gojo’s “you’re not very good at keeping secrets from me, princess” 🤭
