hello, anon. whoever you are, thank you :) thank you for existing, for sending this message, and most especially, for loving me and my works.

you know, yung mga ganitong message talaga yung isa sa mga reasons why hanggang ngayon, nandito pa rin ako. these are the things that keep me going.

i’ve been going through a lot right now. as in, a lot :( and there are days when everything just feels so draining. normal naman siguro mapagod, pero sometimes, hindi ko rin maiwasang maisip na baka kailangan ko nang bitawan yung pagsusulat. i know it hurts as a reader to see an author step away from something you’ve grown to love. but trust me, it also hurts so much as an author to even think about letting go of something that you used to love so dearly, something that once made you so excited to sit down and write. sobrang daming beses ko nang naisip na baka tama na, na baka hindi ko naman talaga kaya tong pinasok ko. baka hindi ko na kayang pagsabay sabayin lahat. pero then i see messages like this, and somehow, nanlalambot ulit yung puso ko :)) sobrang saya ko. sobra.

so thank you. genuinely. thank you for reminding me that my little stories mean something to someone. thank you for making me feel like maybe, kahit pagod ako, may dahilan pa rin para magpatuloy. dahil sa inyo, nandito pa rin ako. and sana habang nandito pa ako, patuloy niyo pa ring mahalin yung mga sinusulat ko. and i hope you know that every time you leave a message like this, you’re also giving a little bit of love back to the person behind the stories :) 🩵
