I actually had to google this to understand what it was about. The mention of krav maga in the story was because it’s the only martial art I knew was more practical, and what a bodyguard might know. It’s also offered at a lot of gyms etc. in the UK so naturally it’s the one that came to mind. It was meant to show that Seonghwa knows what he’s talking about, even though I clearly don’t. My one mention of it was certainly not meant to normalise something that originated in Israel, as I’ve just learned that fact myself. It was a passing detail, so I clearly didn’t research enough and I’ll apologise for that, but saying it was meant to “normalise” it feels like taking it too far when I’ve been vocal about my anti-Israel stance on social media. I’m glad you’ve enjoyed the other stories though.
