honestly I never gave this trope too much thought but I fw it heavy. geto pretending to be all reluctant like "we gotta do this" just to keep gojo calm, but the second he sees the way gojo's body reacts to his touches he drops the act completely, smiling and going harder because he's been wanting this for so long and now he finally has an excuse to do so
