Hi dear 💞 Personally, I think that an annual check-up at the age of 14-15 is perfectly fine, especially since she has only recently started menstruating. The initial visits don’t necessarily involve invasive examinations (if that’s what you’re worried about) as in the absence of sexual activity they usually consist of an external inspection and abdominal pelvic ultrasound to ensure everything is okay. If your sister has begun to be sexually active, instead, a check-up every 6 months is recommended
