Please don’t take this as me defending mark but i think one reason the apology statement was posted on the label’s account was because he was filming for an official schedule and styled by a stylist and that’s probably why they thought it was better to address it on that account. And maybe they don’t think it’s important for mark to address is personally since he doesn’t own that shirt and the label as a whole gave a statement. Which sucks because the people who are hurt deeply by the situation would still like mark to speak up and him being so silent and ignorant is so disappointing to say the least
i can see your point on using the company account, but even then it should've been a post instead of a temporary story, AND reposted by mark at the least. also, "they think..." that's his label he created so he has the final say if he wants. if i made a mistake that associated me with such a horrible symbol i would be eager to speak up myself to apologise and promise i'll do better, and the fact he doesn't seem to be worried about that and that he's being associated with such disgusting views (regardless of if he holds them or not) is what even more made me re-evaluate the person i thought he was
