MATT AND MARNS, I lowk wasn't there for that era unfortunately bc i got into hockey super duper late in my sophomore yr of high school.. (mainly because my buddy's a tampa bay lightning fan, which is unfortunate by the matter when playoffs came around & i kept predicting leafs' wins throughout most of the games) HOWEVER i did read up on Babcock atleast twice; also because learning about any type of team's history is interesting, and to say the least; I genuinely still wonder how the NHL is staying consistent w/o any moral guidelines because of the fucking shit coaches they recycle through with signing. Same thing goes for some players who have cases in physical abuse, sexual assault (Carter hart hater simce day 1 the case resurfaced, VGK hater since they fucking won a Stanley cup that wasn't deserved ♡) and alotta others i just do not wanna name ! About the SJS vs. Leafs game

I'M SO confident that fans who reside in California don't understand hockey completely, as somebody who's also from America himself + being an Anaheim ducks fan aswell, that most players & goalies absolutely range from 6'0" to 6'5" in height; depending, which gives them physicality + other things that specifically don't need to be named if I'm being real, which comes into developing better skill assets as the seasons go on (along with training.. which is a major factor I'd say in Hildeby's goaltending regarding his time spent in the AHL & Marlies altogether) wdym... you're talking about my tendy like cheating is ever an occurrence / concept on the leafs bruh, are we sure we're not talking about bitchass Florida over here, some fans are obnoxious, I'm not afraid 2 spit it out

I KNOWW Connor will never sign with the leafs real talk but it's so fucking funny to imagine the possibility if we ever landed him  (ion think we have the cap space to sign him nor the assets tbh); because i'm 100% sure that the press & media in toronto are infact worse than Edmonton's by a mile. Yet I only can dream that Leafs pull off a win tpnight because of Stan Bowman trading Stuart Skinner for Tristan Jarry so replacing worse with even worser, because i'm solely starting to think that some of our defenseman & forwards are so fucking lost on the ice, none of them know what they're doing anymore 😒
