The best things I learned just being in a shop around my mentor was just how he spoke to people. How he'd like get a stencil on you even if you weren't sure if you wanted to get tattooed and you'd always end up bringing your friends and coming back and everybody had a great experience. Very good at making everybody feel welcome. I think that's very important to have when you're doing a service like we do for people.
