not late at all dw about it, and i followed you're trail of thought perfectly, at least i think so.
you really took the concept we've bounced back and forth, and just made this whole storyline a lot more interesting and beautiful, thank you ash. ♡ i really feel like wei would find a reason to stay with cheng, and maybe send back findings to earth if there is anything useful in his findings that could helo humans back at home... but what if he makes a finding that proves that cheng or cheng's offspring could be used in medicine... lots of intruiging moral dilemmas here wow. such a cool concept indeed!! maybe cheng's ability to take on new shapes somehow bleeds into wei also through his offspring, what if cheng can help wei change so he can survive in harsher conditions that cheng can, what if wei will say goodbye to parts of himself that makes him human in the end?

You’re welcome!! I love talking over subjects that get my brain working lol, especially when it comes to fiction. But, I have to give you the most credit here since you’ve presented majority of the idea and i just fed in my own opinions🙂↕️ Also, I really enjoy your idea of chi cheng helping Wei change to survive the conditions he himself is already used to. It’s kinda like human/animals already built in habit of evolving to survive changing environments. So i guess…it really wouldn’t take much help, and his body would already be changing to home offspring that his womb is biologically unfamiliar with….this is starting to feel more like Wei finding his true-self haha. Oh gosh, I really love this. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas with me!
